1.  How much does it cost to join?

2. What are the terms for membership? 
Terms of REMALO membership vary based on your level of participation.   All you have to do is  go to "Join Today" button (top left of homepage)  There you will see "Use our Secure On Line Order Form", just click on that and it automatically take you to our secure on line order form.
 
3.  If you need assistance to sign up or have a question about our levels of membership?

4.  How do I pay for my REMALO membership?
Memberships are paid online using all major credit cards.  If you need assistance to sign up, see #3. 

5. Are there refunds if you don't like it?
No there are no refurnds, however, you have the opportunity to do a test drive before joining.   When you join as a member you attest & agree to those terms.

6. Do I have to be a reverse mortgage Loan Officer to join?
No, you do not.  Many of our members are from different industries and have found the reverese mortgage industry rewarding and want to know more and improve their success and opportunities. Of course, REMALO membership will benefit current reverse mortgage loan officers and other mortgage professionals, branch managers, brokers, and correspondents, both current and new entries into the reverse mortgage space. 
 
7. Is training available?
Yes, there are many training resources available which you have access with your membership. Our exclusive Peak Performers Platinum Coaching is also available along with other programs available through REMALO U.

8. I am new to the reverse mortgage business, where do I start?
You are at the right place! Becoming a REMALO member will save you time and money by providing the necessary tools to get you started in the reverse mortgage industry.

9. How can I improve my selling skills?
You can learn from our expert partners and sponsors. You will also have access to FREE downloads to assist you in your selling efforts, along with automatically receiving "The Tip of the Week" and constant new content added continually. 
 
10. Does REMALO have political lobbyists?
No, REMALO is not a political membership site. We are devoted to helping our members increase their knowledge and grow their businesses.  We do however keep posted on events that affect the reverse mortgage industry and will post them in featured articles, government postings and our blog.  We also support and encourage other organizations that are advocates for seniors and the reverse mortgage industry.

11. Is REMALO affiliated with other Associations?
No, REMALO is an independent Association dedicated solely to reverse mortgage Loan Officers, branch managers, executives, brokers and correspondents.
 
12 . How can I access the information on the membership website?
Your membership is activated immediately upon membership submission. You create your own log in and password on our secure server. Once you become a member, you have unlimited access to all of the resources as a member benefit.

13 .Lost Password or Login?
If you've lost (or did not receive) your 'Welcome New Subscriber' email, or if you've forgotten your username or password, you can use the Lost Password feature on the login page to receive an automatic email message (sent to your originally registered email address) of your registration record.

14. To change your account…Go to "Your Account"  at the very top of the Home page and click on "Your Account".
 
15. Want to update your email address, change your username or password, update credit card information, or review your current subscription status?
Go to "Your Account."

16. Is there a Board Of Directors?  Yes,  there is a Board of Directors composed of a cross section of  individuals and professionals  involved in the Reverse Mortgage business.

17.  Can you ask questions and give comments?  Yes, we welcome you to offer any constructive comments or suggestions. 

18. What happens if I choose to cancel or do not renew my membership?
Unfortunately, you will no longer have access to REMALO.org  or be a REMALO member.
However, we hope you stay on as a member and remain a participant in  an exciting and self fulfilling profession.
