5. Do I have to be a reverse mortgage Loan Officer to join? No, you do not. Many of our members are from different industries and have found the reverse mortgage industry rewarding and want to know more and improve their success, profits and opportunities. Of course, REMALO membership will benefit current reverse mortgage loan officers and other mortgage professionals, branch managers, brokers, correspondents lenders and service providers. 6. Is training available? Yes, there are many training resources available which you have access with your membership. Consult our monthly calendar for exclusive workshops and events. Our exclusive Premier Gold Membership is also available along with other programs available through REMALO.
7. I am new to the reverse mortgage business, where do I start? You are at the right place! Becoming a REMALO member will save you time and money by providing the necessary tools to get you started in the reverse mortgage industry.
8. How can I improve my selling skills? You can learn from our expert partners and sponsors. You will also have access to FREE downloads to assist you in your selling efforts, along with automatically receiving "The Tip of the Week", but your must be a member to receive this content. 9. Does REMALO have political lobbyists? No, REMALO is not a political membership site. We are devoted to helping our members increase their knowledge and grow their businesses through sales, marketing, education, downloads, and tons of aids to assist you. We keep you posted on events that affect the reverse mortgage industry and will post them in featured articles, government postings and our Blog. We also support and encourage other organizations that are advocates for seniors and the reverse mortgage industry.
10. How can I access the information on the membership website? Your membership is activated immediately. You create your own log in and password on our secure server. Once you become a member, you have unlimited access to all of the resources as a member benefit.
11. Lost Password or Login? If you've lost (or did not receive) your 'Welcome New Subscriber' email, or if you've forgotten your username or password, you can use the Lost Password feature on the login page to receive an automatic email message (sent to your originally registered email address) of your registration record.

13. How do I update my information? Update your email address, change your username or password, update credit card information, or review your current subscription status by going to Your Account.
14. Is there a Board Of Directors? Yes, there is an Advisory Board composed of a cross section of individuals and professionals involved in the Reverse Mortgage business.

16. What happens if I choose to cancel or do not renew my membership? Unfortunately, you will no longer have access to REMALO.org or be a REMALO member. However, we hope you stay on as a member and remain a participant in an exciting and self fulfilling profession.
